1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mr8 ("mr8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at mr8.one ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content made available through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer services, sports betting, and the Plinko game category.

By completing the registration process and creating an mr8 account, or by placing any wager or making any deposit on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

mr8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the mr8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mr8 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with international gaming authority guidelines applicable in Malaysia. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of mr8 or of any company affiliated with mr8, nor a family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period previously applied to your mr8 account or any other gaming platform.
• You must be registering the account on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) mr8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. mr8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mr8 login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. mr8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of protection. You agree to notify mr8 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

mr8 is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures in accordance with international gaming authority standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may prevent withdrawal of funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mr8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available payment methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed on the Deposits page within the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to the player's mr8 account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within ten (10) minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations on the TRON blockchain.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. mr8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount or frequency is unusual or where a KYC review is outstanding.

4.5 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods that belong to you personally. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source where possible.

4.6 No Chargeback

By depositing funds to your mr8 account, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any completed deposit transaction. In the event of a chargeback, mr8 reserves the right to recover any associated costs and to permanently close your account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

mr8 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions that are communicated at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds are held separately from real money funds and may only be withdrawn once applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total bet volume that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mr8 prohibits abuse of promotional offers including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering patterns designed specifically to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), and exploitation of errors or technical glitches. mr8 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is suspected or confirmed.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

mr8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such change does not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the mr8 Platform operate according to published rules available within each game interface. Random number generator (RNG) games are supplied by certified third-party providers whose systems are independently audited for fairness and accuracy. Live dealer games are operated by qualified dealers via HD video stream and are subject to the same independent certification standards.

In the event of a technical error — including software failure, network interruption, or data corruption — during any game round, mr8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' accounts. mr8's decision in relation to disputed game results is final, subject to the formal complaints process described in these Terms.

Players are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or external systems to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the prohibitions stated elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is expressly prohibited on the mr8 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to unfairly advantage one player at the expense of another in live or multiplayer game formats.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any component of the Platform's software infrastructure.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Impersonating any other person, including another mr8 player or a member of mr8 staff.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mr8 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform through the use of a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or eligibility restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mr8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall structure and presentation of the Platform — is the exclusive property of mr8 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content without the express prior written consent of mr8.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mr8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical outages, communication failures, or interruptions to service.

mr8's total aggregate liability to any individual player under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

mr8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. All mr8 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account dashboard, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that can be deposited to your mr8 account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable sustaining over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive in-platform notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently deactivate your mr8 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period and requires completion of a formal re-registration process before access may be restored, at mr8's sole discretion.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

mr8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms.
• An identity or age verification check has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is suspected.
• The player's jurisdiction has been identified as a restricted territory.
• A self-exclusion or regulatory restriction order is received in respect of the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, mr8 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance in accordance with applicable law. Where an account is closed for operational reasons not attributable to player misconduct, mr8 will return the account balance net of any promotional funds subject to unmet wagering requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

mr8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mr8 will provide notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notification within the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mr8 is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with mr8 through the formal complaints process may be referred to the relevant gaming authority oversight body.

To file a formal complaint, players should contact mr8 support via in-platform live chat with full details of the issue. mr8 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
